Chief Executive of the Moreland Energy Foundation Limited (MEFL)
Paul Murfitt is Chief Executive of the Moreland Energy Foundation Limited (MEFL). MEFL is a community based organisation established by the Moreland City Council in 2002 to deliver community based greenhouse gas reduction projects. MEFL works on a diverse range of greenhouse projects, from sustainable urban development, distributed generation and behavior change, through to targeted business and household programs.
Paul has worked in various sustainability related roles over the last 20 years, primarily for community and government organisations, as well as in the University sector in both teaching and research capacities. He holds a Masters of Social Science (Environmental Policy).
