Program Manager, NAGA and Moreland Energy Foundation

Rose is currently working with the Northern Alliance for Greenhouse Action (NAGA) and the Moreland Energy Foundation. She has over 20 years of professional and community experience in research, planning, consultation and implementation of environmental sustainability projects.

Rose has been involved with the development of the Towards Zero Net Emissions Regional Plan and is currently working with Alliance members on TZNE implementation.
