Scott Grierson

National Sustainability Principal

Following a stint as Regional Sustainability Principal for Victorian operations, Parsons Brinckerhoff appointed Scott Grierson as its national Sustainability Principal for the Energy, Mining and Industrial sector in June 2009. Scott has international expertise in sustainable development, having worked in Europe, Asia and Australia and his advisory work has touched the resource, professional services, media, manufacturing, government, not-for-profit, finance and education sectors. He was recently made Chair of the Australian arm of Stockholm-based sustainability NGO, The Natural Step, and is currently also completing a PhD at Macquarie University where he is investigating a life cycle innovation project that has implications for the energy, water and agricultural sectors.
