Chief Executive Officer, Dyesol

Ross has had extensive experience in managing complex organisations in a number of industry sectors. Having worked in Melbourne with Smorgon ARC as Business Planning Manager, National Marketing Manager and finally General Manager – Fencing and Weldmesh. Ross was recruited to lead Ogden Industries (later to become known as Lockwood Australia) through what became a very comprehensive change and expansion strategy.

He has also been involved as GM and CEO in the Airline and Tourism Industry and in both positions has successfully implemented growth and change programs.

These challenging roles combined with his formal and on-going academic training, as well as the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading consulting companies has provided Ross with the required experience to help Dyesol implement its exciting expansion plans.

Having been recruited by Dyesol, Ross, as COO and more recently as CEO, has been responsible for the expansion of its facilities in Queanbeyan and the implementation of systems and processes to support the rapid growth of the Company, as well as the recruitment of highly skilled staff to help drive the aggressive DSC commercialisation program.
